The natural progression for the SPLBOX range of speakers was to go with larger speakers. The speaker performance will not be affected by a marine or outdoor environment and because of the larger form factor they offer excellent sound characteristics. With much more pronounced bass than their smaller counterparts these are excellent full range outdoor speaker with high output and better frequency response than other models in our range. These are fitted with a full 12db/octave 2 way crossover and a -3db attenuator switch for the tweeter so you can adapt the sound to the application requirements. This crossover also increases the power handling and reduces distortion. Please note that the speaker has a white painted metal grille which will need to be regularly maintainted to ensure long term good looks. White in colour and rated IP55.
