Audison Prima AFBMW Booster 01

This harness cable is compatible with BMW vehicles equipped with 688 (“Harman/Kardon”) audio systems and RAM module. It ensures a non-invasive installation thanks to OEM-grade plug&play connectors, and preserves factory functions and vehicle network communication. For several years, BMW has used a Remote Audio Module (RAM) in the trunk. The RAM module powers all 7 speakers in 676 audio systems, and this Booster harness is not required to interface with the RAM. The Audison AF BMW ReAMP3 is compatible with the RAM module. With vehicles equipped with 688 audio systems, there is a separate amplifier “booster“ powering only the bass speakers. In most BMW, there are two underseat woofers powered by this booster, and the AFBMW BOOSTER 01 is compatible with these 2-channel booster amplifiers.
